Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Canoe, kayaks and paddle board available for your use. Delaware is a 420 friendly state. Local dispensaries within 30mins. We will make exceptions for extra guests. Just ask. Our property has 3 units. You have the entire 2 upper floors. 1st flr is owner occupied and cottage is also a rental. As it says common area so there will be others occupying the same 1st flr deck area. Our home is dog friendly so there will be dogs here.

Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.
