It is a private apartment in a shared property. It has an independent entrance and parking for 2 cars. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. Yes, it is very spacious, very nice, and a perfect place for two people. It is located 10-15 minutes from FLL airport, 20-30 minutes from Miami airport, and 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Hollywood. You also have the Hard Rock Casino and Hard Rock Stadium nearby, as well as the I-95 and Turnpike highways. It is an excellent option.

Private entrance through the gate. Back yard is shared space with main house. There are 2 small dogs, and 3 cats that live on the property. BBQ grill / smoker available.
