Open floor plan on the main level, new heat and air con throughout the house, three bedrooms and family bathroom on the second floor. Art supplies, toys and children's books all ready for you as well as a pack n play and booster seat. Backyard oasis with pergola, walking distance to drawbridge. Light and airy, lots of blue and white (think Ralph Lauren) cozy and country feeling cottage in an English tudor house. The perfect place for a relaxing stay in Montauk. Reminiscent of an English county cottage with all its charm and imperfections. Its the perfect spot for a BBQ and relaxing outside with the sounds of birds chirping and the leaves rustling. 20 min walk to town, 25 min walk to the beach. I hope you'll enjoy your stay :)
