It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. Friends allowed but no parties. Occasionally 2 Dachsies may stop by to say HI!

This quaint guest house has a very comfy king bed and an air mattress (if needed please let me know). Beautiful walk in tile shower access to wash the day away. Guests have access to the garden, patio, and gas fire pit. There is a private entrance and I welcome all people from all walks of life. If you are booking this space for someone else please get prior approval. You will assume all risk for them and are responsible for getting them the check in instructions.

This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in the Sunny Hills area of Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.
