My home was built in 58' the first thing you will notice walking through the front door besides the big modern kitchen and terrazzo floors, will be the view onto the canal that leads to Clear Lake. My home is a good representation of who I am. Should be because I painted it! Everything in it has its own story of where I've been and what I've been doing for the past 25 years. The decor reflects a chill beach vibe with family vintage pieces throughout. Like the traveller everyone has a story.

Cute cottage near UCF & trails. No cleaning fee

Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. The cottage boasts lots of windows with a beautiful view of the outdoors. Inside the cottage is a queen-size bed, table for 2-4, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and microwave, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a tall claw foot tub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.

Kapp and Kappy B&B is located in Historic Downtown Kissimmee walking distance from restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Dancing Horse Room contains a King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, free wi-fi, Keurig, and refrigerator. The view overlooks historic Clyde Ave with a view of an Oak tree planted in the 1920's and a house built in the 1910's. My wish is that our guests will have a great time resting in this quiet and cozy private bedroom with a memory foam mattress and designer linens. Enjoy a cup of Starbucks coffee in the full kitchen with breakfast. Two living rooms with a big smart TV to enjoy your favorite streaming apps Netflix, Hulu, Sling, and YouTube. So... you will have the best in the house. Please, no pets. Not 420 friendly.

This room is located on the second floor of the B&B and is kept allergy-free (no pets permitted)
