Villetta Matteo is our private vacation home on the Costa Paradiso (facing Corsica). It is a beautifully situated holiday villa, perched on a hillside 80 meters above sea level, offering a 180-degree sea view from its spacious sun deck and nestled amidst rocky terrain and Mediterranean vegetation. Sea views from every room, direct access to the terraces. A communal pool with breathtaking views of the sea—along with the nearby "Li Cossi" sandy beach (a 15-minute walk away)—complete the experience

Elegant Historical House & Lovely Dehor

The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Country house close to the sea - Dipladenia

Our house is located in the countryside and it's very close to the sea (Gulf of Asinara). It is spacious and cool in the summer, with two terraces (one West and one East) and a cool veranda (porch) attached to one side of the house, where you can rest and eat in the warm season. You'll love awakenings and relaxing breakfasts surrounded by nature. The house is surrounded by a big flowering garden with a little pinewood, palms and oleanders. All the windows are provided with mosquito nets.

In prima fila sul mare, la villetta Granito gode di un’ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare, ma anche dalla Piazzetta dove si trovano market, bar, ristoranti e negozietti. Il soggiorno suddiviso in due ambienti, una zona con il tavolo da pranzo ed una con il divano e la tv e cucina è completamente accessoriata e funzionale. La zona letto è composta da due camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. . All’esterno la villetta è immersa nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista mare.

Villa privata con ingresso indipendente a San Giovanni, nella campagna di Sassari. Pietre a vista, travi in legno, caminetto e una veranda coperta dove si vive all'aperto: tavolo da pranzo, divani, dondolo, lettini e griglia BBQ. Un letto matrimoniale, un bagno, cucina completa con forno e macchina del caffè. AC, Wi-Fi, lavatrice. Giardino privato con cortile e ampio terreno attorno alla villa. Parcheggio gratuito in loco. Spiaggia di Platamona a circa 15 km. Ideale per coppie.

Solo il fruscio del mare

Alloggio indipendente in piccolo residence. Completo di tutto abbiamo appena cambiato letto e materasso e aggiunto un divano letto nuovo. Recente costruzione, in classe C con ottima resa termica e acustica. Due spiagge a 2 e 6 minuti a piedi e un mondo da visitare a 15/20 minuti d'auto, la Pelosa, l'isola dell'Asinara, Stintino e il suo porto antico, la bellissima Alghero e tanto, tanto altro da scoprire... Lasciati coccolare da questa parte di Sardegna rilassante...

The holiday home Baddelonga is located in Sassari and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 90 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning and heating.

Relax with the whole family in a real beach house, from which you can walk a minute across the white sand dunes. The villa enjoys an ideal location and large spaces, perfect for a family vacation. From the house you'll hear the turtledoves singing, the breeze gently echoing through the pine forest, and the waves crashing on the shoreline. And after a day at the beach, enjoy the peace and quiet of the place from the garden veranda.

In posizione strategica per poter raggiungere rapidamente le più belle spiagge di Alghero, Stintino, L'Argentiera e la Riviera di Sorso.
