Oak Valley Retreat

Spacious 2 bedroom earth contact house on 22 wooded acres. Relax at this quiet country retreat. Hike the trails or sit under the huge trees and enjoy nature. The house and grounds are clean and well kept, and are just 3 1/2 miles from the city limits. We offer many amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped. 1 king bed, 1 queen, plus a queen hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Laundry facilities. No step entry into the house, all doorways are 36 inches wide, open concept living /dining space.

Deer Run Treehouses

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable off grid escape. Twin modern treehouses with connecting tower with suspension bridges to access rooms. Feet away a 5 acre private lake, with hanging chairs beneath and cafe lighting. Fire pit just feet away. Under the tower, a modern bathroom with shower. Outdoors a table and grill. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or boating on the lake, or take a peaceful hike on the trails. Restricted to age 18 & up. We do not have air conditioning, or refrigerators.

Ms. Ada’s House

*BREAKFAST INCLUDED* Stay in a cozy log cabin located in an historic town. Ms. Ada’s House was completely restored in 2023. Built in the early 1830’s, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time while enjoying its modern amenities. Sleep in the original log cabin room, relax on the daybed swing on the front porch, and enjoy meals under the light of a lantern. Then at the end of the day, the bright and sunny living room transforms into a cozy den as you relax by the fireplace.

The Highland Bin at Haywire Acres, Highland Cows

Welcome to our charming boho-inspired Grain Bin Cabin, the Highland is ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Full Bath with a walk-in shower downstairs. Experience a serene countryside getaway with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings, just moments away from Versailles.

Cozy Cabin at Water's Edge

This cabin is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls retreat, or lodging for an avid hunter or fisherman. Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the small town of Stover and roughly 30 miles from both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake, it's the perfect location to relax and unwind. We have no TVs in the cabin, but offer fast and free wifi for easy streaming on all your devices. We do ask that there is no smoking and no parties held on the property.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!

Welcome to Blue Heron Hideaway, a cozy lakeside retreat designed for quiet, connection, and slowing down. Enjoy peaceful mornings, relaxed afternoons, and evenings soaking in the private wood-fired hot tub overlooking the lake. Located on the quieter side of the lake, this space is best suited for adults seeking a calm, unplugged getaway and is not suitable for children.

Located in historic downtown sedalia Missouri within 2 blocks of all the local Venues and Restaurant/Bars. Within walking distance for any events downtown. The building is perfect for a quiet weekend getaway or contact us about have a larger group and entertaining friends. Walnut Grove Retreat

Quiet country house on a wooded lot. Entire main floor of this secluded country home, with a covered deck overlooking woods, including outdoor dining and lounge. Well appointed kitchen with open concept dining and living area. Eight miles to Sedalia, the Katy Trail and Missouri State Fairgrounds. Thirty minutes to Whiteman AFB. We welcome up to two dogs.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Urban Cabin. Pet friendly with a fully fenced-in back yard and outdoor dog house. This cozy home is located just a few blocks from Centennial Park and the hospital. We're also a short drive to the Missouri State Fairgrounds, Downtown Sedalia, and the Katy Trail.
