Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio or lounge inside. Please note there are steps to get inside the home at 2 entrances.

The Carriage House - Lovely, Comfortable, Gardens

Welcome to your enchanting Carriage House nestled on the historic grounds of Layton Castle in Monroe, Louisiana. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat combines timeless charm with modern comforts, making it ideal for couples, families, or anyone looking for a unique, relaxing getaway. More than 4 people can stay on air mattresses, chair beds for an additional fee. FYI - the bath tub is a large jacuzzi downstairs so can be difficult for people who have mobility issues getting in & out.

The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy a 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex near everything Monroe has to offer. Front door parking and your fur baby is more than welcomed! Small fenced patio with a larger yard outside of the patio. You will find that the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’d need for cooking meals. High speed internet. 3.1 miles to ULM, 1.4 miles to Forsythe Park, 5.8 miles to airport, 16miles to Sterlington Sports Complex.

The Coleman House

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

Victoria’s Cottage

Welcome to Victoria’s Cottage! This cute little cottage is conveniently located in the North central part of Monroe. You will be close to everything in all of Monroe and West Monroe. Such as shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals, sports facilities, ULM, Monroe civic center, and Ike Hamilton. Perfect for families in town for a visit or professionals in town for work. This neighborhood quiet, safe, and peaceful. We are a pet friendly home with a $50 fee per pet for cleaning.

Cottage On The North

This stylish place to stay is perfect for work or fun! It is private and in a good neighborhood in the Garden District of Monroe. It is centrally located for Monroe area and West Monroe area! Lots of surrounding restaurants available. Genusa’s Italian Resturant is walking distance. A 5 * resturant! Cormier’s Cajun resturant, in season, has the best crawfish in town ( 4 houses down ). Also a Neighborhood Walmart and Brookshires Grocery 2 minutes away for your convenience.
