Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. De cottage heeft een aparte, rustige slaapkamer, een badkamer en een lichte open keuken, woonkamer en eetruimte. Uitzicht op een tuin die zowel strak als wild is. Kom tot rust bij de warmte van de open haard, ontspan met de zorgvuldig samengestelde LP-collectie, en neem een duik in de privé-hot tub terwijl u van de sterrenhemel geniet. Elk detail is ontworpen om sereniteit, privacy en comfort te bieden.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Steelhouse - your forest escape by the lake

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits. For dog owners: the property is fenced😊

Design gazebo in the woods

• The Veluwe is the largest push moraine complex in the Netherlands. On the north-western edge of this forest you find this gazebo near the locally famous sand drift. It sits on 3 acres of woodland belonging to a detached house. • The gazebo is fully insulated and consists of three spaces: bathroom, bedroom and lounge. There is no cooking option, but there is a small oven for you to use. • The gazebo was fully renovated in 2023 and is decorated in a contemporary mid-century modern style.

Houten huisje, gelegen in bosrijke omgeving

Een mooie, zelfgebouwde, blokhut, ingericht voor 2 personen. Het ligt in het Stavasterbos, een kleinschalig park, nabij Lochem. De blokhut heeft één 2 persoonskamer met een bed van 1.80 breed met 2 dekbedden. Het huisje heeft een tuin van circa 350 m2. Op het park is een bistro gelegen. Verder zijn er geen algemene voorzieningen. Het huisje is 3 km vanaf het centrum en ligt tegen een mooi bosgebied aan. Er is een klein schuurtje aanwezig om eventueel 2 fietsen in op te bergen.

The municipal monument tolhuis' n tol from 1830 is located on the edge of the Raalter center. You can now spend the night in this toll booth! The toll booth was completely renovated in 2019 and is energy neutral. Near the sports company Tijenraan where you can swim, tavern Tivoli and the motor museum. Adjacent cycling and hiking junction Salland… .. The Tolhuisje stands on the edge of the pleasant center of Raalte with plenty of hospitality and shopping options.

Prachtige woonboerderij uit 1576 in het Vechtdal!

Midden in het prachtige Vechtdal Overijssel, vind je onze schitterend gerestaureerde woonboerderij uit 1576. De boerderij is een Rijksmonument en gelegen op een oud boerenerf van ruim 20.000 m2. Op het erf worden biologische groentes en fruit verbouwd. Er zijn paarden, schapen, kippen, honden en poezen en nog veel meer wilde dieren. Kortom: een plek voor mensen en kinderen die het echte buitenleven willen omarmen en het prachtige gebied willen ontdekken!

The cottage is situated on a small family estate, in beautiful forest, just outside a village (at just 600m ), in the largest nature area of The Netherlands, with ancient woods and vast fields of heather on its doorstep. The house is spacious but also cosy and comfortable, with a luxury bathroom, complete kitchen, a woodburner stove and all the other comfort you need.
