Eventide Cottage, Grade II Listed, Near Harbour

Eventide Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman's cottage located a stone's throw from Brixham harbour. The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. There is also a small utility area with WC and washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed decked yard with seating and a BBQ.

Smugglers’ Creek, Riverside Cottage, Stoke Gabriel

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
