Vele Home front sea view with garden and terrace

Vele Home is a lovely two-room apartment overlooking the Ligurian Sea on the ground floor of Villa Solaria, 5 minutes by walk from the beach, the cliff and the centre of Sori village. The space: one double ensuite bedroom and a living room with an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The modern and functional furniture, the large terrace and the garden with sea view are the strengths. Sori is in the middle between Genoa and Portofino. The train station and the bus stop are 300 meters from the house.

La Casa dei Limoni vi accoglie con la sua vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso e sul Promontorio di Portofino. E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

Monolocale al Tigullio Rocks, vicino al mare Sembra quasi di poterlo toccare e di notte si sente il rumore delle onde. PER FAVORE LEGGETE: lavori di manutenzione straordinaria non consentono di scendere a piedi o con la nostra funivia sulla nostra spiaggia privata e di utilizzare la piscina. The Odette's House is a lovely flat in a quiet block, 5 minutes on foot from the Rapallo's centre and 10-15 from the beaches. The flat is near Portofino and you also can reach easily the 5 Terre by ferry or train! The flat has 4 sleeping places, 1 double bed in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed for 2, 140 x 200cm in the living room, kitchen , bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels provided. The Terrace Overlooking the Sea[1 private parking]

There are only 25 steps separating the apartment from the sea. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

La casa è totalmente indipendente, immersa nel verde dell'uliveto ligure, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso.
