A fantástica vista do terraço e a luz que entra em toda a casa são os melhores aspectos deste apartamento. Apesar de se encontrar perto do centro de Cascais (com restaurantes, bares e supermercado na zona) este apartamento é extremamente sossegado. A marina, onde tem a oferta de mergulho ou pesca desportiva esta a 5 minutos a pé. Campos de golfe, ténis e padel a 5 minutos de carro. Estação de comboio para Lisboa e bus para Sintra a 5 minutos a pé.

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. The loft it's in city center, located in one of Lisbon's seven hills between Bairro Alto and the charming neighborhood Principe Real and Liberty Avenue, near the shopping district Chiado. Surrounded by restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, theaters, museums, art galeries and viewpoints it's also at 5 to 10 minutes walking of metro station, train stations to the Sintra and Cascais. Like almost old buildings, there is no lift and being the 3rd floor it is not advisable for people with reduced mobility.
