Guests have at their disposal a 3 living rooms with a kitchens and a dining room with exit to the 2nd terrace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a 32m2 swimming pool.

In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Guests can enjoy a private heated pool, available from April 15th to the end of October, as well as free parking. The villa boasts a beautiful sea view and is ideal for families, larger groups of friends, retreats, and other types of gatherings.
