Goditi una vacanza all'insegna dello stile in questo spazio in centro e vicinissimo alla stazione e alla minimetro che vi porterà direttamente al centro storico. L'attico 26 è uno spazio speciale creato per essere completamente indipendente e di lusso. Magiche le atmosfere create con la pergola bioclimatica che copre parte del terrazzo di 100 mq che da sul centro della città. PS: da Novembre a Marzo compreso non potra essere utilizzata la vasca idromassaggio per via delle temperature rigide.

In this unique and precious place is the apartment "Il Convento" which will welcome you with its warm atmosphere and a welcome gift with local products. It can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a dining kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a special bathroom created in what used to be the bell tower of the Abbey.

Villa Incanto si trova all’interno di una tenuta di 20 ettari che gode di una posizione di mezza collina che offre un meraviglioso affaccio panoramico sulle colline umbre. Ideale per trascorrere vacanze rilassanti e assaggiare i prodotti tipici del territorio. Imposta di soggiorno pari a 1,50€ al giorno per i primi 5gg.

Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

The main villa has a kitchen and living room area on the ground floor, with private terrace outside. Upstairs are the 4 comfortable bedrooms each with its own bathroom. All bed rooms have a double bed and all bathrooms have a shower. Also on the premises are three small apartments. The pool is shared and has great views over the valley below looking towards the first houses of Perugia. There is a large stone barbecue for common use.

This fantastic villa is placed in a 500 mt. high hill, right next to the city of Perugia. This position provides you a wonderful view on the skyline of the city centre. You can relax in a completely quiet location while being able to reach the medieval town in about 15 mins. Next to the house, a big infinity salt pool pours water on the beautiful panorama you will share your stay with.

1 bedroom cottage located on the property of Casa San Gabriel, set in the stunning Umbrian countryside, it has access to the large gardens and swimming pool. The cottage is a full self catering studio cottage with 1 double or twin bed and air-conditioning.
