Cosy annexe in an amazing location

This newly renovated annexe is self contained, and even though the living space is small, 4200mm x 3200mm, we have gone minimal to try and provide almost everything that guests would need, so there is a day bed with trundle in the lounge, storage cubes, small table and a tv on the wall. There is a small kitchen with a small worktop breakfast bar, fridge, Tower air fryer oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and sink unit. There is a separate shower room with toilet and basin with vanity unit.

Our mobile home is the only static caravan on a quiet & friendly caravan site. It's a perfect spot for a days fishing or sitting around watching the world go by. With lots of walks locally and along the old Bedford river through the fens of Cambridgeshire or the river great Ouse. And Cambridge city is only 12 miles away for site seeing around the university town , or approximately 12 miles to Ely to see the historic city . The mobile isn't suitable for children under 12.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Sett enjoys an enviable position by the River Glen, overlooking the river and the grazing horses (and llamas) in the fields. In 3 acres of grounds, with opportunities to relax; a further 8 acres - enclosed, situated across the river, offer an exclusive riverside walk.
