The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Balkon mit Möglichkeit zu grillen am grossen Esstisch mit 8 Personen und einer gemütlichen Sofaecke. Im Anschluss an die überdachte Terrasse im EG, die von allen Schlafzimmern zu betreten ist befindet sich der Pool und die Sonnenterrassen mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen und einer Aussendusche.

Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).
