The owners offer fresh eggs. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, the open kitchen, the dinning room, the sitting room and the separate washroom. Sweeping up the curved staircase you reach a reception area leading to the bedrooms. To the left there is a a doubleroom en suite, and two bedrooms with one more bathroom, to the right. The property has magnificent views accross the rolling landscape of island Mallorca. The house from 2014 will have a pool of 4.5 x 10 meters long, with area to sit and relax, extend the terraces, with more than 40 meters, will construct a new outdoor shower.

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Les ofrecemos una vivienda construida recientemente, situada en un barrio tranquilo, al lado del paseo peatonal, de un pequeño pueblo del centro de Mallorca. Además, podrá acceder a cualquier lugar de la isla tras un corto trayecto. Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
