Upstairs there is an independent apartment for 2 people max with an additional cost. The house is surrounded by a unique atmosphere and silence. The garden, with aromatic Mediterranean plants, includes a relax area with deck chairs and swimming pool as well as barbecue and laundry room.

La villetta è divisa in due parti : una parte da affittare, e l'altra parte abitata da noi, ma nessuno spazio in comune, eccetto il cancello principale. A 14km dal centro storico Ortigia, a 20 minuti dal centro.
