Midden in het groen, direct aan de bosrand ligt dit eenvoudige, knusse huisje in de Ardenne Bleue. Vanuit de tuin loop je zo het bos in! Wandelen, fietsen, paardrijden. Of doe lekker een dutje in de schaduw onder de bomen. Hete zomer? De airco biedt verkoeling. In de winter gezellig de houtkachel aan. Hier slaap je in alle rust. Een uil misschien. De vogels laten je weten dat er een nieuwe dag gestart is. Drink je Nespresso in bed met uitzicht op het bos. Ontbijt op één v/d terrassen. Geniet!

"La pause" a été décoré à l'aide d'objets de récupération de notre ancienne ferme. Le calme, la vue et l'espace jardin avec terasse est son point fort. L'appartement est de plein pied au 1er étage. Situé à la croisée des chemins entre : Aix-la-Chapelle(Aachen), Maastricht, Liège. Intérêt : ballades à pied, à vélo, brasserie artisanale, site minier, abbaye de Val Dieu, le cimetière américain, Valkenburg et Montjoie (Monschau) vallent le détour. Essuis fournis, linge de lit non (supplément).

Bring your loved ones to the nature! House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen dining room, sitting room, reading room, and playroom. Go biking, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, golfing, or local wine tasting. Or just enjoy the house and listen to the waterfall and birds in the big garden. The house is situated in the middle of the river valley. High lights are castles, nature, old cities like Aachen, Heerlen, Maastricht and Valkenburg, steam train, zoo. All within driving distance.

Das Ferienhaus "Bellerose" im "Maison de Greunebennet" erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Unten ist ein großzügiger Wohnbereich mit vollständig eingerichteter offener Küche mit Theke. Der Natursteinboden ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m) und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (0,90x2,00m), welche man auch zusammenstellen kann, ausgestattet.

Inside it is attractive and outside is a beautiful courtyard and at the rear a private terrace with long table and seating areas where you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view over the rolling landscape. Located in the Geuldal, you can enjoy peace, space and landscape, beautiful walking or cycling routes, and many nice cafes, terraces and restaurants.

Large ground floor flat in old mill. This spacious flat (100 m2) has three bedrooms, a large lounge and an ancient French wood burner. It also has its own terrace with a built in barbeque and a sunny place to sit and sunbathe. I have plans to make this flat barrier-free so that disabled or elderly people can stay here without problems. At the moment it is relatively easily accessible, at the front door there are two small steps. It has a walk-in-shower.

Het woongedeelte van het huis is boven, gelegen onder het dak op de 3de verdieping. (woonkamer, keuken en badkamer met bad ). Hierdoor heb je rondom vrij uitzicht over de weilanden en het schitterende Limburgse land.
