Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Gorgeous retreat on River Avon, overlooking world famous Royalty Fisheries, just a 5 min walk from train station, with parking. This stunning Lodge is the perfect getaway, having the benefit of peaceful river views, whilst in the centre of historic Christchurch. Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Walking distance to the beach, Westbourne village and Canford Cliffs village (lively bars, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, gift shops). Bournemouth and Sandbanks are a 25 minute walk along the promenade. Bus stop at the end of the road will take you to Bournemouth and the Purbecks.

‘Enchanted’ - secluded chalet with hot tub

'Enchanted' is a beautiful, secluded pine lodge with a large hot tub on the edge of The New Forest. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.

This is a space for people who want to relax or explore the amazing area of Dorset. It is designed like a hotel room, with no cooking facilities but with the addition of a hot tub 😇 Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive Durdle Door - 30 min drive Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets - sorry!
