Free parking is in front of the building. It takes you only 5 minutes on foot to access the waterfront and dive in. There are also various authentic restaurants and a shop within walking distance.

This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay.
