"VOLTA" - studio in the heart of Preveza

We will be very happy to be to host you in a studio with a warm atmosphere in the historic center of Preveza, ideal location for wandering around on foot at any time! An actual 3-minute walk from the market, Androutsos square, the port and all the cafes, bars and taverns! You can go everywhere on foot without worrying about noise during the night hours. Free public parking is in within 30 meters from the studio. Also the bus stop to the ionian beached "Palio Ktel" is in 150 meters distance.

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

The appartment was renovated in 2018.Outdoors you will find a patio with a exclusive jacuzzi and fireplace also sunbeds and a playground. Inside are 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which is combined with the living area. it has a sectional couch that also converts to a double bed. Other amenities include 3 TV's, washer, dryer, A/C in every room, espresso maker, stove top, conventional oven, microwave oven,fridge freezer but also an electric fireplace, safe and iron,ironboard

Εκεί έχεις πολλές επιλογές για καφέ και φαγητό με θέα την θάλασσα. Τα γραφικά στενά της πόλης με τα παραδοσιακά ουζερί βρίσκονται επίσης σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών. Η παραλία της Κυανής Ακτής απέχει μόλις 1 km από το διαμέρισμα ,όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν το μπάνιο τους και να πιούν τον καφέ τους.

Azul Studio is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the wonderful Preveza and the surroundings. It is situated in the historical center of Preveza, 5 minutes walk to the Port and 10 minutes walk to the closest beach. In the close area you can find really good coffee, great bakery, pharmacy, shops and a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the studio. It is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the city by foot.
