Ivy Cottage is situated on The Award Winning Development of The Bay, Filey. It is beautifully presented and has two bedrooms, a Master Double and second bedroom having 2 single beds. There is a modern and very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower over, airy living room with dining area, plus downstairs WC. There is an outside patio/seating/ BBQ available for the use of Guest. The rear of the Cottage opens out onto a lovely communal but very quiet grassy area for you to enjoy🌞

Seaview Lodge (sea view 3 bedrooms)

Our beautiful lodge is situated on a quieter part of Primrose Valley Holiday Park (Havens flagship park). We only book Saturday to Saturday 7 Nights.Passes are available from Haven to use the three fabulous swimming pools, entertainment venues and activities. There are also eateries, restaurant, shop and launderette within a 10 minute walk. Our lodge overlooks Reighton Bay, in a front row sea view position with beach access close by. The caravan is stylish and comfortable with a large balcony.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We also have Wi-Fi, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod. It’s a short walk to the beach. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more. Stunning caravan overlooking the lake at Haven's 5* park, Primrose Valley. This beautiful, caravan, makes you really feel like you're on holiday, but with all the comforts of being at home. It is spacious and open plan, benefiting from french doors, leading onto the glass veranda overlooking the stunning lake. Plenty of wildlife to spot from the lake, including fish, frogs, moorhens and rabbits! The caravan is just 200 steps from the beach access, which is dog friendly 12 months of the year

The property is a three bedroom detached cottage . All of the bedrooms are ensuite and 2 have a balconly with a wonderful sea view. The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.

The Kimberlina is a cosy, custom built, carriage located in Ravenscar, a beautiful coastal village situated on the Jurassic Coast National Park. The carriage is nestled in a field to the back of a working farm, surrounded by fantastic views and natural beauty, it is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing evening following a days walk along the Cleveland Way. Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.

Set in a secluded spot, this cosy hut offers peace, nature, and stunning paddock views- just a 15 min walk to Scarborough. The Bay is a peaceful site with direct access to miles of stunning beach. On-site facilities include a swimming pool, children’s pool, sauna, steam room, gym, beauty room and dog friendly pub/restaurant. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed (subject to house rules).

Located in the seaside town of Filey is this small private apartment . Ideal for a couple looking to spend some time in this gorgeous seaside town. Convenient for the shops and supermarket, plus the many cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment doesn’t have a parking space but it is very close to roads that do have free parking.
