There is a large open plan living/kitchen with day bed and trundle giving 2 full sized singles for the children. The bedroom has a king sized bed. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. Outside, directly accessed from the apartment, is a patio with outdoor dining area. The Bay has a swimming pool, children's pool, gym, sauna, and steam room (complementary).

Lavender Cottage is a well equipped modern cottage situated on an award winning holiday complex 'The Bay', located on the outskirts of Filey. The cottage has a south facing patio, which backs on to a communal garden space. The site has several on site facilities such as a public house, tennis court, archery, complementary access to swimming pool and gym, and has direct access to a pet friendly beach. There is no designated parking on the site but there is plenty located around the cottage.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.
