Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

This room is good for people who are allergic to cats. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. We are also very knowledgeable about great places to eat, shop, or where to go to the beach.

When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us Our simple cold continental breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am

Cozy 1st floor front room with a queen bed and a PRIVATE bathroom. The large window gets gorgeous afternoon sun. Enjoy a mini-fridge, a flat-screen TV with basic cable, USB charging station, and wi-fi. The private bath features a walk-in shower, towels, and complementary toiletries. Self check-in (a short pre-arrival phone call is required). 190 sq feet of space. This room does NOT include parking. We are an 18+ guesthouse.

We serve our simple cold continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.
