Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται στο χωριό Ψαράδες που είναι ορεινός παραδοσιακός οικισμός του δήμου Πρεσπών στη νότια όχθη της λίμνης της Μεγάλης Πρέσπας. Είναι το μοναδικό χωριό στις όχθες της Μεγάλης Πρέσπας και είναι ανακηρυγμένος παραδοσιακός οικισμός. Στο χωριό υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, καφέ και παντοπωλείο. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να κάνουν βαρκάδα στα νερά της Μεγάλης Πρέσπας, μια σπάνια εμπειρία στα υδάτινα σύνορα των τριών κρατών.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.
