The property includes a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds that can also be used as a living room, and a terrace equipped with a table and loungers: perfect for relaxing with a stunning sea view! Spacious wardrobe closet in each room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a large private parking area and a private shortcut that connects directly to the town (just a 5/10 minute walk away).

Villa Carla (7+3 posti letto) è composta da 2 camere matrimoniali, 1 camera con il letto a castello, 1 camera singola, 2 bagni con doccia, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto singolo ed un divano con penisola (letto 150 x 180), un giardino molto ampio ed esclusivo, ombreggiato da una pineta secolare, attrezzato con tavolo, ombrellone e sedie per mangiare fuori. Cucina attrezzata con 4 piastre elettriche, forno elettrico e microonde, lavastoviglie, wi-fi. Il mare dista 300m con spiaggia privata.

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale
