An entire apartment of 90 mq² with a Venetian style decor, in a private Palazzo from 1500 with a beautiful canal view. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed. The bathroom has a bath tub and shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The entrance opens up into a big living area with an impressive canal view which can also be seen from the bedroom. The entire apartment has AIR CONDITIONING. Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente, il rifugio ideale dopo lunghe giornate su e giù per i ponti. Si tratta di un VERO BNB: non siamo dei professionisti del settore. Io faccio l'insegnante e mio marito fa il cuoco. Aiutiamo la nonna a far quadrare i conti del suo pied-à-terre dove spesso si trasferisce per brevi periodi per starci vicino e soprattutto, per star vicina al suo coccolatissimo nipote. Nonostante ciò, ci impegnamo per dare il massimo confort ai nostri ospiti.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Appartamento al primo piano in un tipico palazzo veneziano dell’800. Molto luminoso e posto in pieno centro storico con molti negozi e servizi, ma fuori dalla confusione. L’entrata è condivisa con il gestore dell’appartamento, ma del tutto separato. In condivisione resta solo l’entrata principale e la zona lavanderia. La cucina è abitabile, mentre nella stanza principale si trova un letto matrimoniale ed un piccolo salotto.
