Recently renovated, this 1,000 sq ft+ A-frame boasts a delightful blend of bright colors, rustic-industrial design, and boho touches, creating a warm atmosphere.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

Enjoy the sounds of nature, rest, & recover. Rustic, homey, & unique. 4 mini goats & 3 chickens fenced out front; 4 kayaks, 1 paddle boat, & 1 SUP (stand up paddle board) for the quaint lake ahead. Books & nooks, hammocks & cozy kitchen. Walk around the backside of the property to explore nature even more. Plenty of stars in the sky. Record player, for an old time feel. Unplug & unwind. Let nature heal you, whilst enjoying the zen.

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.
