Only two houses between us and the ocean beach, our cosy family shack of over thirty-five years is available for others to enjoy. Described by visitors as having a genuine holiday feel - an ideal place to truly feel 'away from it all', but still with all the Mornington Peninsula advantages on its doorstep. Spend days enjoying the secluded ocean beach, just a short walk away up and over the dunes. Kick back, switch off and unwind as you listen to the waves and birdsong in this tranquil setting.

This lovely renovated cottage is only 200m from the pristine shoreline of Safety Beach. Retaining many original features yet smartly adapted for modern living it offers a cozy, relaxing & unique experience. It can sleep up to 7 people (extra fees apply after 2 guests-see Guest Access). It’s well located to walking & cycling tracks, food mart, take away shop, boat ramp and playgrounds. The cool Dromana cafe/bar vibe is only 4 mins drive away. Dogs are allowed but please check strict rules below.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Willow Gum Cottage

Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

Blue Beach Cottage

Welcome to the spa cottage. The home itself has a beautiful coastal relaxed feel, expansive deck with gas heated spa, bbq and relaxing warm lounge. Home is set within a huge secure back yard. This is truly a cottage where holiday memories are made that last a life time. A huge fire pit for cozy coastal nights and family barbecues , (BYO marshmallows). Easy 650 meters (8 minute walk) to beach. * Please note. Glamping tent is unavailable from March 31st to 1st November due to weather.

Fern Studio - Pets Welcome

A Haven for Pets Come and stay at our secluded & cosy one bedroom studio, just a short stroll from the shallow, peaceful waves at Tyrone Beach. Head into Rye for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie for dinner & drinks. Relax in our deep soaking tub and enjoy a glass of wine by the campfire with a BBQ. Pls note: Our tubs jets are non-functioning and so it is not a spa. 15 mins drive from the blissful Peninsula Hot Springs. NO SCHOOLIES!

Avon Beachshack in Ocean Beach Rye

A secluded weekend escape without all the travel or a home away from home. This lovely beach shack is the perfect location for escaping on a Friday after work. Alternatively, it may be the perfect romantic or friends getaway. The accommodation is ideally situated 300m away from the raw beauty of Rye back beach, which almost feels like your own private oasis. Grab a few drinks in an esky and enjoy the beautiful sunset or a peaceful morning walk along the water.

Cloud Cottage - Sea Views, Birds & Greenery

Nestled high in Arthur’s seat the beautiful Cloud Cottage exudes character. With stunning views of Port Phillip Bay and numerous attractions just walking distance or a short drive away. This home is close to everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer while providing a beautiful calming escape. Ideally suited for large families or groups of up to 4 adults (Loft area is set-up for kids and not ideal for adults).

The Sweet Escape Balnarring

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops.
