Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Willow Cottage is a light, airy, spacious, modern cottage situated at The Bay, Filey. We are dog friendly offering South facing patio area in a quiet, relatively private area to the rear with BBQ. Open living with a downstairs WC. Two double bedrooms both with king size beds (one with en-suite). The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds. Free parking! 10 minute stroll to the amazing beach! Great on site facilities incl. pub, restaurant, pool, sauna, steam room. Shop and kids activities available.

Gladys, Double Decker Bus Glamping Accommodation

Gladys is our double decker bus, set in a wooded cove of the field with wood fired soaking tub. The ground floor has wood burning stove, kitchen, gas cooker, fridge freezer, stove kettle, shower room through the fire exit door, TV/DVD player (suitable for DVD playing only,) original bus features, driving seat & bus lighting. The first floor has double cupboard bed, single bed & double bedroom. Also included USB charging points & 5AMP plug sockets, picnic bench & deck chairs. Two dogs welcome.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We also have Wi-Fi, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod. It’s a short walk to the beach. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more. Modern & spacious dog friendly caravan at Reighton Sands Holiday Park. We have tried to provide the little things as well as a Smart TV & Wifi, central heating, double glazing & bed linen. We have a great position on site with parking. The pool includes a lazy river & the site has arcades, a restaurant, a bar & show-bar with regular entertainment. Filey is the nearest town & can be reached along the beach at low tide. Buses run all day from the site to Bridlington, Filey & Scarborough.

Our beautiful caravan boasts three bedrooms; one master with en-suite toilet and two twin rooms. The main bathroom comprises of a large shower, toilet and sink. The van also benefits from its own private parking bay. The open plan, fully furnished kitchen and living area has breath taking views of the sea, with a small park opposite. The van is situated close to the entertainment, on site shop and path down to the beach. Bus stop to Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington. Close to Whitby.

Blacksmiths Cottages is a peaceful and picturesque hidden gem comprising 3 luxury, newly renovated, holiday cottages. We are based in a village called Muston, just 1 mile inland from Filey. Muston is a friendly village lined with pretty cottages with a welcoming pub and on a bus route. We are ideally located for visiting our beautiful coastline, sightseeing special places like York, Helmsley and Malton or visiting our theme parks and stately homes including Castle Howard.
