Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit! The Forge is a unique place full of character set at the edge of Dartmoor and only 2 miles from the market town of Tavistock. The Forge is a great place for cyclists and walkers, or if you just want to get away from it all. The Cornish Coast is not far and the city of Plymouth full of history is just a short car journey. Tavistock has the markets and lovely cafes and restaurants. The Forge has a log burner to snuggle up next too on those chilly evenings and a garden to enjoy.

A recently built 1 bedroom self-contained annex in Launceston, the gateway to Cornwall. Our flat makes the perfect stop off if you are venturing further in to Cornwall, we are minutes from the A30 (the main route into the county). Also a great place to base yourself to explore the north and south coasts and moors of Devon and Cornwall. Please note that the annex is next to our family kitchen so there may be noise from our young family in the mornings and evenings.

The Dairy, near Launceston

Our accommodation is a beautifully converted dairy. Its half way between the north and south coasts of Cornwall and also within easy reach of both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. The whole place has underfloor heating and is all on one level, with its own garden. Our farm is tucked away in a small hamlet, with lots of lovely walks to be had both on and around it. There is also an excellent pub within walking distance. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs.
