The Barn

A recently rebuilt barn in the grounds of the existing owners' house. Fully self-contained and offering comfortable accommodation with full cooking facilities (including a dishwasher) and a large lounge and dining area. It has a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. Guests can use the garden facilities and there is complimentary tea, coffee and milk. All towels and bed linen are provided. There is a sofa bed if more than 2 people stay. We can also provide a cot for babies.

Pea Cottage - A beautiful countryside retreat

Pea Cottage is a secretive, luxury cottage full of surprises. Pea Cottage is 5 miles from Stamford, one of the prettiest market towns in the country.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. The Coach House at Old Hall Country Breaks

Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge.
