Guest house set in 2 acres of idyllic country gardens with swimming pool*. Pool Size: 28’ x 14’ Depths: 3’ 6” – 7’ 6” Max occupancy: 4 ONE bedroom with double bed. Living room with sofa bed Bathroom with shower Kitchenette with air fryer & microwave Other facilities: TV Free parking BBQ Trampoline and zip line *NOTE: The pool is NOT heated between November and April. Pool is heated. Temperature depends on outside temperature; it is normally 8-10 degrees Celsius above air temperature.

Chino is a high-spec, self-catered, stable conversion with a Visit England 4 Star Gold Award. Access to outdoor swimming pool, hot-tub, gym, outdoor seating, and a boules pitch. Set in a great location (7 miles from Cambridge) in the beautiful village of Barrington with the picturesque village pub, the Royal Oak, just 5 minutes walk away, with a great network of walks and bike rides from your doorstep. Unfortunately we cannot take children, but we welcome well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats).

With spectacular views of the championship golf course, this sophisticated lodge is perfect for a family holiday, a golf break or a luxury spa break. Situated at Cambridge Country Club, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool, a workout in the gym or a round of golf. The lodge itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 luxuriously appointed bathrooms. There is a fantastic kitchen, beautiful decked area for outside entertaining, and finally a bubbling hot tub from where to enjoy the views.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Cam Cottage Cabin is right on the river and is accessed through courtyard gates. It is secluded and an isolated spot nestled in an acre and a half of grounds. It has a private balcony overlooking the River Cam where you can observe rowers, swans and herons gliding by. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.

The Piggery - Country Getaway

Enjoy a unique stay in a picturesque rural setting, The Piggery is the perfect getaway for those looking for rest and relaxation. Located between Cambridge & London, it is ideally situated for country walks and pursuits. Set in the 12 acre grounds of the manor house, once the family home and filming location for Britain's most famous TV chef, guests will have access to the gardens, outdoor pizza ovens, tennis court, swimming pool and fresh produce from the walled kitchen gardens.

A lovely spacious wooden lodge that sleeps 4 people, located in rural Northamptonshire. Open plan living/dining/kitchen area, separate WC, master bedroom with double bed, bedroom two with twin single beds and a family bathroom. Outside the property boasts a covered balcony area, a private lawned garden and patio area. The property has access to a shared outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf and clubhouse providing dining, bar and cabaret.
