Enjoy peace, serenity and an amazing view of the river from this vintage two bedroom 1 bath 1940’s home. Cozy and rustic, yet updated with central A/C and fast internet. A king and queen bed with memory foam mattress ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins swim by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. Both halves can be rented together upon request.

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. There is an amphitheater & we are a short 15 minute drive to wonderful Cocoa Beach & The Brevard Zoo. Disney and all the other local attractions are also minutes away with a 30 minute drive to the airport.
