Little, cozy place near beach for a couple.

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

A 5min walk takes you to the shore & plenty of dine in/take out options are super close in case you come back hungry. Whether you make this a head start for the next day or come here after to crash, we're happy to help in your experience!

Located in Patchogue on a quiet block just a short walk to the fire island ocean ferries, restaurants, town's bustling main street, local bay beaches, and parks. Perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay!

North Country Cottage

Located near Long Island's beautiful beaches, vineyards, and wedding venues, this cozy cottage in the woods provides a quiet and comfortable place to stay while visiting! A spacious patio extends the living area, adding space to enjoy the outdoors in front of the fire pit or outdoor dining table. This property is located behind the owners' home and uses a shared driveway. While the owner is close by to address any issues during your stay, your space allows for total privacy.

Studio in Stony Brook

We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

The Palm Tree Extended Stay

A very sunny and full apartment like with all the necessities for an extended stay. NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. NO SMOKING. NOT FOR PARTIES. Private entrance. large Bedroom, Eat In fully equipped Kitchen, Full Bathroom, Extra Large Closet, Living room, Lounge/family room. Full use of our outdoor facilities. WIFI and Direct connect internet. Please be mindful to bring your own snack and drinks to your liking.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
