Jeffreys Barn is a 1 Bedroom bungalow conversion, The open plan living area and Kitchen has all you will need, induction hob, fridge (icebox), dishwasher, microwave, Kettle and Toaster. you have a large comfortable sofa to sit back and relax after a long day with use of a smart TV or just relax with the patio doors open. Jeffreys Barn sleeps 2 on a firm king-size bed. Bed Lien and Towels included. From the bedroom you access the bathroom where you will a luxury roll top bathtub and Shower.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Garden Huts B&B offer a unique place to stay for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the local area. Located in the picturesque village of Rodmell close to the South Downs Way and the home of Virginia Woolf. 'Ouseside' Shepherds hut is luxury glamping with everything under one roof including a shower and loo! It has a fully equipped kitchen area with a two ring gas hob and small gas fridge.
