You will be staying in the vintage loft, located on the top floor of a 1930s stone-built building, with a private terrace and beautiful views. Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of sunshine, natural light and beautiful views from every room, but there are also heavy curtains for daytime dreamers:)

Penthouse apartment is situated in the middle of old city district- Abanotubani. Penthouse is a split-level apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms which include three piece bathrooms plus jacuzzi or shower. Washing machine, iron plus iron board are also provided Apartment boasts stunning views to main historical sites in Tbilisi, such are Narikala fortress and adjustant Botanical gardens. Main entertainment areas are also at close reach, such as restaurants, cafes plus various supermarkets.

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic district, on a very beautiful old street. You will stay in a quiet, typical Georgian courtyard and can enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. The villa is 108 m², with 2 bedrooms, for 4 guests. there's big living room with panoramic windows, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and an electric fireplace. Outdoor: a hot tub, a Finnish wooden tub, Finnish sauna & grill. We’ve also added a speaker and there are no noise limits.
