This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, sleeps 4 with newly expanded decks. Access to the beach is only a 10 min walk. We invite you to stay at this one-of-a-kind, nature lover's getaway on beautiful St. George Island. This beachfront home is located in the SGI Plantation. One level pet friendly home with 4 bedrooms that have en-suite bathrooms, sleeps 10. The living area has plenty of seating, dinning area has a large 8 seater table and a breakfast bar big with seating for 4. 1 king, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 single bunk beds. Large screened porch and exiting takes you down the stairs to the private boardwalk to the beach. Plenty of parking, outdoor shower, and fish cleaning station. No golf carts allowed.

Happiness Bay: Saint George Island Waterfront Luxe

Saint George Island may be the best-kept secret in Florida. It's unspoiled natural beauty and laid-back vibe make it ideal for people who want to unplug and unwind. No high rises, stoplights, street lights, or billboards. On our end of this 26-mile-long barrier island, there's only one road. We're on the Apalachicola Bay side, but the Gulf beach is across the street, with private beach access for our guests. You can watch the sunrise on the beach and sunsets from our private dock.

This recently renovated 2B/1B house is centrally located between St. George Island and Apalachicola. The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has twin bunks and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A smart TV is in the living room & wireless internet is available. There is a dehumidifier in the living area that will need to be emptied daily. A large gravel parking areas gives plenty of space for boat parking. This house shares a driveway with Dolphin View House #1 & #2.

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

The Floridian, Old Florida Charm - Modern Comfort

Tucked among tall pines, majestic oaks, and swaying palms, The Floridian rests on a full private acre in SGI’s East End. A short five-minute stroll brings you to the sugar sand beaches, very inviting in the crisp autumn air. At the day's end, gather around an evening fire for s’mores or unwind in the hot tub. Store your catch of the day in the extra fridge downstairs. Visit the Beach Pit for BBQ, Bay Side Coffee Company for a fresh brew, or Aunt Ebby’s ice cream for a treat.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

Family Tides -Cozy Coastal Getaway

This 1b/1bx cottage is cozy, light, bright, and clean and has one of the best locations in Franklin County. A peaceful neighborhood setting away from traffic and congestion, yet only a 5-minute stroll to the Apalachicola Bay. Has its own parking and room to park a boat and/or personal watercraft w/trailer. If you are looking for a laid-back, quiet getaway, then Family Tides is the place for you. If you are looking for a wild & crazy party atmosphere, you won't find it here
