Located in Historic Lincolnville - A half mile walk from downtown St. Augustine, and a 10 minute scenic drive to St. Augustine or Vilano Beach. Truly a perfect location and hidden gem.

Large open space adjacent to a beautiful pool, waterfall, and fantastic lake view. 27 miles to Disney World, close to Park Avenue, local hospitals, Universities, and less than an hour to local beaches. Only 18 miles to MCO-Orlando International Airport. Great shopping within 3 miles. Location is secluded with large trees, lakeside, and adjacent to the commuter train track. The train runs by on regular basis. Please note in the pictures the pool creates the ambiance to make your stay complete.

Our 1920's historic home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from everything. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

Whether you're coming to Orlando for adventure at one of the theme parks, or a little R&R, the Cozy Cottage is the perfect place. It's charming, quiet and nestled in our back garden with a stock tank pool in College Park, in The city of Orlando. Winter Park, Rollins college, lou gardens, Orlando Science Center, Advent Heath, Orlando health, Dr. Phillips center, Ivanhoe, lake eola, camping world stadium and the Kia center, are all in the immediate area. UCF, Full Sail and Florida Central too.

Soothing mornings, evenings to relax in the breeze! Simple 1 block stroll to the soft sand beach. No busy roads to cross. Pet fee $10 a night (for one or two pets, max) to be paid upon departure in cash left in an envelope for housekeeper. Honor system. No pet over 50 pounds. The local taxes of 5% are listed under community fee.

Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.

Hubbel House is located 2 blocks away from Donnelly Park, 6 blocks to sunset at Lakeside Inn. Eat at any of Mount Dora's wonderful restaurants or stay in and cook in the fully equipped kitchen.
