Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Perfectly positioned for enjoying the city of Belfast, the historic towns of Royal Hillsborough & Saintfield, or taking the famous Antrim Coast Road to the Giant's Causeway, following in the footsteps of St Patrick and C. S. Lewis, or hiking at Newcastle, where "The Mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea". Only 5 miles from the Belfast-Dublin arterial route. Fully Tourism N. I. Certified.

Croob View Green hut

Enjoy the setting of this romantic spot on a working sheep and cattle farm in the Dromara Hills, nestled in nature. Between Castlewellan and Dromara, 15min drive to Newcastle, 25min from Belfast. A couples retreat with a new electric hot tub in the middle of a mountain, sheep as the only possible disturbance. Guests are welcome to meet and greet our animals at the gate up to the hut. Honey the Falabella horse, 5 pygmy goat and our Free range hens, who give our guests eggs in our welcome pack.

Explore the garden setting of this cosy stone cottage amid the gentle bustle of a working smallholding with geese, chickens, sheep, goats and even the occasional peacock. Many historic and prehistoric sites nearby including filming locations of the Game of Thrones. Close to beaches and hill walking, National Trust properties and, though a rural location, close enough to Belfast to access the city.

Restaurants only a short drive away with mountains, golf courses, nature reserves and much more within easy reach.
