Recently renovated custom waterfront home with a dock on the canal. Located one block from surfing in the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Free use of 6 standup paddle boards and 3 kayaks. Boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs included. Walk to local restaurants. BBQ on patio, balcony overlooking canal, the epitome of Southern California living on the water.
