This is a private secluded home surrounded by woods is 12 minutes from downtown Tulsa. It is in essence a new home since all surfaces are new. You will be amazed of the quality of this home. The ceilings are all vaulted which gives it a spacious feeling. It is equipped with a mini-split heat pump in every room for precise temperature control. 2000 square feet and located on nearly an half acre of manicured wooded space. The yard backs up a stream and has 3 distinct levels: deck, pool, and green spacious yard. The kitchen has all amenities & we have indoor dining seating for 12. The living room seats 8. There’s lots of outdoor seating as well. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is open May 15th- October 1st. We are one exit up from Riverside and 9 miles from the Gathering Place. We are also on the exit of the brand new Tulsa Premium Outlets.

This cute little hut sits just behind our main house. You get your own private space on the land. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our amazing compost toilet for a truly unique experience. Included in the hut is a mini fridge, microwave, pour over coffee, along with plates, utensils, and towels.
