The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

The garden leads directly onto footpaths (bluebells galore in Spring) including the Downs Link: ideal for walkers, cyclists & equestrians. Nearby are historic houses & gardens as well as Goodwood, Fontwell, & Brighton racecourses.
