It was built in 2020, has 2 double bedrooms, large lounge/dining area/kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. It is located in the village of Dunan, 5 miles from Broadford. The house is directly above the seashore with views to the Island of Scalpay across Loch na Cairidh, the Old man of Storr and to the mountains of the mainland and the wall to ceiling windows highlight the beautiful views

The Cottage by the Sea is a rural retreat designed for two people, set in half an acre of mature grounds and with a large area of decking and it's own private beach access. Approximately 20 metres from the beach, this is a self-contained cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. It has shared boiler heating, not independent. Our house Taigh Mairi is in Upper Breakish on the A87(main road).Taigh Mairi is a 5 minute drive into Broadford (3 miles) and 7 miles from the Skye bridge.Within a 10 minute walk is the Red Skye Restaurant.We have created a small,private,open plan self catering studio for 2 within our family home.The studio has its own facilities none of which are used by us. It is set up for guest use only.There are plenty of facilities to make your stay as comfortable and as homely as possible.
