Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars.

This accommodation has everything you require for a short or long term stay. Comfortably sleeps 2 people with option for third person on sofa bed.

Ruby is a clean, comfortable tiny house. A little oasis in a beautiful garden. Great for a cosy escape on your own or with your favorite person and/or pet. Located only 10 mins walk from the city centre and everything that Ballarat has to offer, including an array of pubs, shops and restaurants. You can walk to Sovereign Hill in 15 minutes. Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Upon enjoyment of these, a return to Rosie’s cottage offers a tranquil stay- with access to free wifi & Netflix

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
