Right on the beach with access to all the amenities of the resort like shopping, pools, hot tub, gym, beach access etc. The unit comes with one free parking spot. This PRIVATE studio unit has one bathroom, living room, balcony with gas bbq, kitchenette (full kitchen minus oven), living room and a fold down wall style murphy bed (nice real bed).

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story home is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.
