Easy to get to, 1/4 mi. from Groveton businesses, 22 minutes from Trinity and nearby many East Texas towns and hunting and fishing areas. Master bedroom has full bed, TV. Main room has two pullout beds, TV. Kitchen has dishes, cookware, stovetop/oven, fridge/freezer. Bathroom has shower, toilet, two sinks, towels, basic toiletries. AC/heat. Patio area. Welcome!

Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine Trail, and quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive.

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited.
