V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).
