At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.
